a lovely little and stunningly beautiful hotel, my first choice in cusco. clean property, very amiable staff. good bed in double room with a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a tv set. a view of garden from my window.

stayed for 1 night, the staff was very friendly during all this time. the room was tastefully decorated with hot water & great shower, had fine experience. had all necessary amenities, central heating, multi-channel tv, coffee and tea making equipment.

The bed was comfortable, made a huge difference with two little kids. The simple breakfast was good, and the owners were very friendly and accommodating, we felt welcome.
My wife says that the owners were not always around. It would be great to have more available activities for the kids.

Perfect for a quick getaway
The staff were friendly and eager to help. We needed two separate beds in one room and the reception helped us separate them late at night, a lifesaver. The hot shower was what I needed after long days. Their breakfast, oh, the breakfast! Fresh orange juice and eggs made to order, you can't go wrong.
It was a bit pricey for what you'd traditionally expect, but overall, not unacceptable.

Room cleanliness stood out, and the breakfast offered excellent options including delicious grilled sandwiches. Staff interactions were sometimes inconsistent, and noise from nearby streets was noticeable during the night. Not all amenities met the expected standards, as the promise of hot water in the shower wasn't consistently delivered.

The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The breakfast had some really tasty options. I loved relaxing on the sun terrace with a gorgeous view and enjoyed the cozy garden area too. Just a heads up, the curtains could use some updates for better privacy in the bathroom, but overall, it was a great stay 😊
